  • Roulade Serves 12. A soft and fluffy rolled meringue filled and topped with whipped cream your choice of the following – Salted Caramel, Raspberry, Lemon, Chocolate and Hazelnut. Contains Milk & Eggs. Recipe free from gluten**
  • Cheesecake – Serves 12 Available in Malteser, Ferrero Rocher, White chocolate and Raspberry, Mars Chocolate Orange, galaxy Caramel. Contains wheat (Gluten) and Dairy products**
  • Bannoffee Pie – Serves 12 your choice of shortcrust pastry or biscuit base, layered with homemade caramel, banana and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Contains wheat (Gluten) and Dairy products**
  • Salted caramel and chocolate tart – Serves 12. A rich chocolate ganache with swirls of salted caramel throughout. Contains wheat (Gluten) and Dairy products**
